What Youll Do:
Advise clients on the executive compensation and benefits aspects of corporate transactions including mergers acquisitions private equity investments and IPOs.
Draft and review employment agreements equity incentive plans severance agreements and other executive compensation documents.
Analyze and interpret tax securities and ERISA implications relating to executive compensation.
Work closely with corporate tax and employment attorneys to deliver integrated client service.
What Were Looking For:
24 years of relevant experience focused on executive compensation and benefits.
Strong exposure to Private Equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
Excellent writing analytical and communication skills.
J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain).
