DescriptionFranU Director Enrollment Operations
Under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment Management the Director of Enrollment Operations will serve on the Enrollment Leadership Team and manage the daily operations of the Enrollment Division which includes administration of our Constituent Relationship Manager (CRM) Technolutions Slate in accordance with complete data integrity with our Student Information System (SIS) Ellucian Colleague. The Director of Enrollment Operations will be responsible for training and supervision of data entry and application review processing and completing communication flow communications preparing and sending bulk communications and reporting and tracking of Admissions funnel. With the Enrollment Leadership Team the position will share responsibility for planning coordinating and participating in all Campus Visit Recruitment Programs and related activities for the express purpose of providing the University with a representative applicant pool in order to achieve the Universitys enrollment objectives. The incumbent must function in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the University and must have an appreciation for Catholic higher education and diversity. The incumbent will demonstrate professional behavior consistent with the values of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (FranU). This is an exempt position that is responsible for the planning coordination and implementation of and participation in undergraduate recruitment admission and marketing processes for all FranU undergraduate programs. #CB
ResponsibilitiesJOB STANDARDS
- Mission Engagement
- Actively engages the Catholic and Franciscan mission and identity of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University by modeling the Franciscan Values promoting justice for the communities we serve and integrating the Catholic and Franciscan intellectual traditions in courses programs and services
- Strategic Enrollment Operations and Application Management
- Oversee the processing review and reading of applications
- Maintain and enhance policies procedures and cross-training for the Enrollment Division to ensure efficient accurate handling of applications and supporting documents
- Supervision and Team Development
- Supervise the CRM Administrator and Enrollment Operations Specialist
- Promote cross-training professional development and collaboration with the Enrollment Operations Team
- Data-Driven Practices and Market Analysis
- Assist in analyzing market research to benchmark peer institutions
- Research Best Admissions Practices and collaborate with the Enrollment Leadership Team to implement strategies that support FranUs enrollment goals
- Technology and CRM Optimization
- Maintains policies and processes related to CRM use in Admissions
- Assist in developing new tools and enhancements to improve application processing communication and reporting
- Collaboration and Strategic Support
- Collaborate with Enrollment Leadership on strategic direction marketing recruitment efforts and the execution of new initiatives
- Participate in the development of the Annual Recruitment Plan and track success metrics
- Franciscan Program Liaison and Scholarship Transition
- Serve as the Enrollment Divisions primary liaison to the Franciscan Peer Leader Program and oversee the sunsetting of the Franciscan Scholarship Program
- Recruitment Travel and Campus Visit Support
- Supportrecruitment efforts by participating in recruitment travel and providing campus tours as needed to enhance prospective student engagement
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Identify and implement operational improvement that enhance the effectiveness of Enrollment Operations and support broader institutional objectives
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving University needs
QualificationsEXPERIENCE
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Higher Education Admissions and Recruiting

SPECIAL SKILLS
- Excellent communication presentation and customer service skills;
- Must understand and be comfortable with articulating the mission and history of FranU;
- Handles all activities and highly confidential information with patience discretion good judgment courtesy and tact while working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds;
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Use exceptional organization and time management skills to complete work with accuracy and a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to travel overnight and non-standard
