Location: On-site - Santa Cruz HQ
Schedule: Part-time 2530 hours per week
Compensation: $22.50 per hour
Eligibility: Graduating Juniors Seniors and Recent Graduates (within 24 months of graduation)

Role at a Glance:
As an IT Support Intern you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations and providing first-line technical assistance to employees. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT develop troubleshooting skills and learn corporate IT practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support to end-users (hardware software and connectivity issues).
- Assist in setting up and configuring laptops.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes by preparing IT equipment.
- Maintain IT inventory by updating asset records and assisting with hardware audits.
- Handle routine troubleshooting tasks such as application support and basic network diagnostics.
- Follow IT procedures for ticketing escalating issues and documenting resolutions.
- Set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for meetings including projectors video conferencing systems and microphones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to meetings ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Mac environment is a plus.
- Strong interest in IT support and technology.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Enthusiasm for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required
