Note:We are working hybrid with at least 2 days per week in the office (Temecula CA). During onboarding you will likely need to be 3-4 days per week.
What would I do at ASM
Build and maintain fast easy-to-use user interfaces for our products. Improve and modernize existing pages. Take new an updated designs from our designer and implement them in React and CSS. Build and maintain our shared React library (used across products). You will primarily working in React building components for both our component library and user-facing applications. When necessary you will aid in designing and building APIs to connect to the front-end. You will need to rely on an understanding of visual designUX and front-end technologiesto craft changes that have an impact.
Who is the ideal candidate
You understand the importance of user experience and front-end technologies. You empathize with thestruggles of end-users and advocate on their get excited solving design challenges with otherdevelopers building reusable components and then continuing to improve those designs and components.
Responsibilities:
- Designing implementing and maintaininguser interfaces for our web and mobile products from initial concepts through to the final product.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex ideas
- Improve and maintain our Reactfront-end components.
- Connect our front-end components to the API and databases.
- Maintain and update our front-end library including its dependencies.
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in HTMLCSS and Javascript.
- Experience with React JS
- Experience with webpack NPM and Javascript build pipelines
- To care deeply about aesthetics and usability
- A strong attention to detail
- A solid understanding of layout typography color and other design principles
Bonus experience:
- Familiarity with iOS and/or Android
- Familiarity with GitHub and version control.
- Familiarity with C# and/or
- Healthcare Experience
