We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedProduction Support Engineerto ensure the stability performance and privacy compliance of critical applications in a 247 production environment. This role is part of theData Management & Governanceteam with a strong emphasis onData Privacy. The ideal candidate will have expertise inSQLSnowflakeSplunk andAPI troubleshooting along with experience supportingprivacy-centric platformsand ensuring adherence todata protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with data management development & infrastructure teams for root cause analysis.
- Lead production support activities for mission-critical data privacy applications.
- Monitor system health & performance using Splunk & Grafana.
- Investigate & resolve application issues ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage incidents & service requests in alignment with SLAs.
- Provide support for APIs & data-related issues including Snowflake queries.
- Participate in 247 rotational shifts & ensure smooth handovers.
- Document troubleshooting steps &contribute to knowledge base.
Must-Have Skills:- Database & Querying:SQL

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
