Make an Impact

As the Brand & Content Team Leader at Endeavour Foundation you play a key role in bringing our storytelling and content strategy to life. Leading a talented team of content creators this role develops impactful campaigns that support lead generation across our portfolios as well as fundraising and advocacy. It combines hands-on content creation with practical leadership to champion inclusive authentic representation of people with disability.

By embracing emerging technologies and collaborating across Digital and Growth teams the Brand & Content Team Leader ensures all content is data-driven purpose-led and aligned with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to reshape how disability stories are told delivering meaningful content that makes a measurable difference.

Key duties of this role are to:

  • Manage the delivery of multi-format content projects ensuring timelines quality and alignment to organisational priorities.
  • Maintain and oversee content production workflows and a central content calendar aligned with campaigns and business needs.
  • Lead the use and governance of brand tools and content assets including style guides templates and the video asset library.
  • Approve content outputs across channels (social digital print) ensuring quality brand consistency and inclusive communication.
  • Coordinate and deliver brand-aligned webinars and digital events in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimise content effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement technology adoption and cost efficiency in content production.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the content team fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and continuous improvement.

What you can bring to the team

You bring strong collaborative leadership emotional intelligence and strategic thinking to foster a high-performing creative team environment. With a focus on communication adaptability and continuous improvement this role champions innovation while maintaining accountability and inclusivity across all content initiatives.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications journalism digital media or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in content marketing or digital media with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team coach individuals and manage workloads effectively.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful storytelling video production and multi-format content delivery.
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude and a focus on making things happen.
  • Experience with content management systems (preferably HubSpot) Adobe Creative Suite and analytics platforms.
  • A passion for purpose-driven work and authentic storytelling that makes a difference.
  • Previous healthcare or disability sector experience or knowledge of the NDIS desirable.

You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
