Job Description
Business Analyst
Location: Miami Gardens Florida
Contract Duration: 12 months
Overview of the Role:
Conducts basic to moderately complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst Bus. Analyst I or immediate responsibilities include medium to large special projects quantitative and qualitative research process design and modification and report development.
Applies standardized tools and techniques. Receives limited mentoring and guidance. 1 to 3 years related experience preferred. Bachelors degree preferred.
Additional tasks and responsibilities :
- Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing.
- Ability to execute test scripts report defects accurately and thoroughly and retest efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
- Ensure all processes are well documented
- Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution
The Ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3 years experience required
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Exposure to Agile program development methodology
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consistent follow-through
- Ability to multi-task
