Job Description

Junior Title Coordinator Assistant - New York

Flatbush - Brooklyn NY or Lakewood NJ - In-Office

65 - 70K DOE


Department: Closing Department - New York

This is a rare opportunity to be directly mentored by a senior coordinator and learn the inner workings of high-level residential and commercial title work. As a Junior Title Coordinator youll assist a senior on live files while preparing to grow into a lead coordinator yourself.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in title or real estate is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Must have strong communication skills especially phone/email presence with clients and attorneys.

  • Highly organized proactive and eager to grow into a lead role over time.

  • Must be confident under pressure and sharp on follow-through.
