Join the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Remediation and Correction functional area that cares for the identification classification and correction of customer impacts caused by business process or operational breaks within CCB. Within the this function the team focuses on correcting the impacted accounts via recalculating and/or creditingfinance charges fees and rewards balances; correcting/changing finance charge and fee structures; initiating customer communications.
As a Quantitative Analytics Associate in Remediation and Correction you will be a key member of our larger team of Project Managers Business Analysts Correction Analysts and Testing Analysts. We are all accountable for the correction of customer accounts. In this role you will perform end-to-end testing of case requirements and analyze code against those requirements and execution plans. You will confirm the correct usage of data sources standard code adherence to guidelines and regulations and follow best practice standards. We expect you to perform validation on cases resulting from difficult complex multi-layered data intensive business problems.
