What Youll Do:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Strategically identify engage and recruit high-quality candidates through cold calling referrals networking and proactive outreach.
Market Research: Discover and engage passive talent not actively seeking new roles.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
Shortlisting & Presentation: Deliver well-vetted insightful candidate recommendations to clients.
Relationship Management: Guide candidates through the process while building strong ongoing relationships.

Who You Are:
Hungry humble and emotionally intelligent with a genuine interest in helping people and thriving in a team-driven competitive environment
1 year of sales or outbound experience with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach
Resilient and proactive able to handle rejection drive conversations forward and take initiative without needing all the answers
Coachable and accountable open to feedback and focused on personal growth and performance outcomes
Strong communicator and highly organized with excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail
