About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSalesforce Senior Developerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in designing developing and implementing Salesforce-based applications that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle including coding testing deployment and documentation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs middleware and third-party tools.
- Ensure best practices in coding security and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum7 years of overall experience and 4 years hands-on experiencein Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency inApex Visualforce Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
- Experience withSalesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding ofSalesforce data model security and sharing rules.
- Experience withSalesforce DX Git CI/CD toolsis a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications such asPlatform Developer Iare highly desirable.
- Experience withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity withSalesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge ofJavaScript frameworksand front-end development is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
