Job Description
Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node/React)
Location: 100% Remote Canada
Experience: 5 Years
Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node/React) to join a global development team supporting enterprise-scale product initiatives. The selected candidate will contribute to core architecture and front-end/backend development while collaborating with engineers and designers across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement test and maintain high-quality secure and stable code for enterprise-grade products
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure architectural soundness and code quality
- Develop accurate estimates assess risks and identify dependencies for effective planning
- Collaborate closely with engineers QA and design teams across global engineering sites
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and client-side development using React and Redux
- Solid experience with and dependency management using NPM
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with web-based technologies architecture and design patterns
- Experience using Git and GitHub for source control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to software architecture principles and scalable design practices
- Experience with enterprise-grade UI/UX design collaboration
