What Youll Do as a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist
In your role youll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Plan coordinate and roll-out L&D programmes and initiatives for store colleagues (and regional office colleagues where applicable) - including onboarding technical knowledge customer experience and leadership development.
- Facilitate training sessions workshops and other learning events using a variety of engaging and interactive methods.
- Where appropriate support the design and development of learning solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Coordinate logistics communications and other requirements for in-person training sessions and workshops in market.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the marketing and management of Primarks learning management system for colleagues across the market.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging learning technologies to enhance the delivery and impact of L&D programs.
- Support the marketing and management of Primarks learning management system for colleagues across that market.
- Liaise with P&C operations to ensure that all learning activities are recorded and tracked appropriately.
- Deputize as required for the L&D Delivery Manager.
What Youll Bring

- 3 years experience in L&D roles including leading the design and delivery of a variety of different training initiatives.
- Good understanding of corporate and retail learning principles and best practices.
- Impactful communicator presenter and facilitator with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Amazing people partner who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Able to manage timely delivery of strategic initiatives in a challenging environment and able to deal with rapid change complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience working in a multi-site environment and/or working with a distributed workforce.
- Passion for people development.
Please note:
- This is a hybrid role working on-site in our office 3 days per week or additional as required.
- This role requires 30% Travel to our stores.
