Job Description

15 years of UX product research with a bachelor degree designing and executing user research studies using various methods like usability testing user interviews surveys and diary studies. Interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to identify user trends pain points and areas for improvement. Working closely with product managers designers and developers to integrate research findings into the product development process. Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders including product teams senior management and other relevant parties. Ensuring that user needs and perspectives are considered throughout the product lifecycle. Keeping abreast of UX research trends best practices and emerging methodologies. Developing user personas journey maps and other documentation to represent user needs and inform design decisions. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of research methodologies and workflows. Experience with a variety of user research methods and tools. Ability to analyze data identify trends and draw meaningful insights. Strong verbal and written communication skills to present research findings and collaborate with teams. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to identify user problems and propose solutions. Familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
