Job Description
A leading optical retail practice is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement initiatives to increase patient exam numbers and convert them into sales.
- Participate in business planning and ensure effective communication within the team.

Requirements:
- A bachelors degree or comparable experience in retail operations is preferred.
- An Ohio-licensed optician is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Desire to work in a retail medical environment and help patients.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
