Join as a Remote Support Specialist - Swedish Market
Are you detail-oriented tech-savvy and passionate about customer service Were hiring ARC Support Specialists to support one of the worlds leading e-commerce platforms all from the comfort of your home in Portugal!
What Youll Do:
Support customers through the full order journey: payments deliveries returns & refunds
Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards
Communicate with carriers financial institutions & internal teams
Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues

What Were Looking For:
