Requirements
- Spanish C2 (native or near-native)
- English B2 (intermediate proficiency)
- Strong judgment resilience and ability to make fast fair decisions
- Availability to work in rotating shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working with sensitive content across diverse cultural contexts
