About the Role
Are you passionate about creating safe and respectful digital environments Join our global team as a Content Moderator for a leading social media platform where youll help maintain community standards by reviewing user-generated content in Spanish and English.

Youll play a vital role in shaping online experiences ensuring that harmful or inappropriate content is swiftly addressed with empathy consistency and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor review and moderate content posted by users on the platform
  • Assess flagged posts for violations of community guidelines or legal requirements
  • Respond to content-related queries in Spanish
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on platform policies and global standards

Requirements

  • Spanish C2 (native or near-native)
  • English B2 (intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong judgment resilience and ability to make fast fair decisions
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working with sensitive content across diverse cultural contexts
