TheTraining Content Specialistwill play an exciting role in developing enhancing and harmonizing training content across P&H. This role is responsible for maintaining overall compliance and ensuring that training materials remain current and aligned across all departments.

What you will be doing

• Develop and enhance training content for LMS and courses.
• Lead initiatives to improve training content ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all certificates.
• Foster close collaboration with local and regional training teams to align content and methodologies.
• Promote and implement innovative solutions for content creation.
• Streamline and manage the distribution of training information through platforms such as SharePoint ensuring clarity and accessibility.

We think you should have

• Technical understanding with knowledge of our products and systems.
• Strong communication skills with a good understanding of didactic methods.
• Extensive experience with content creation software.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
