Audit Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: 55000 - 70000
Lead audit excellence with a prestigious accountancy firm in Harrogate where your strategic vision will drive team performance and client satisfaction.
The Role:
Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
Lead mentor and develop high-performing audit teams
Build and maintain strategic client relationships at senior level
Drive audit quality technical excellence and regulatory compliance
Contribute to business development and practice growth strategies
Support junior managers and assist with firm-wide initiatives
Oversee complex audit engagements and technical accounting issues
What You Bring:
ACA/ACCA qualification with extensive audit management experience
Proven track record of managing complex audit portfolios
Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
Excellent client relationship management at senior level
Technical expertise across various industry sectors
Commercial acumen with business development experience
