As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer in our Buildings team youll help design healthier innovative sustainable spaces to imagine a better world and leave a legacy that improves the world we live in.
Your Role Will Involve:
Designing smarter systems evaluating optimising and designing HVAC systems that balance health comfort compliance energy efficiency and carbon neutrality.
Collaborating across disciplines working closely with clients architects and engineers to deliver integrated high-performing buildings.
Championing innovation exploring new technology and sustainable solutions to solve challenges in bold creative ways.

What You Bring:
Youre a team player with a passion for sustainable design ready to lead and learn in equal measure. Were especially interested in experience with:
More than 7 years experience in Mechanical systems HVAC design (Chilled water systems VRF BMS IES Medical Gases automation etc.)
Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines
Working to Australian codes and sustainability standards
Clear communication leading mechanical designs and strong project collaboration
Ability for baseline clearance is desirable
