Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience for min. 2 years in a supervisory role in Maintenance preferably in a hotel setting possess leadership skills and is hands-on. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to elevate their hospitality career at a large complex operation.
Shift Pattern:Full flexibility with schedules over PM shifts - 3PM-11:30PM weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $24.96 per hour

What will I be doing
A Mechanic Supervisor II is responsible for supervising managing and executing maintenance requirements for the Property Operation team. This position may oversee the following disciplines to include Mechanical systems (HVAC Chiller and Boiler Plant Laundry Kitchens and Electrical) Physical Property Finishes (Paint Woodwork Furniture Refinishing Wall Coverings Framing Drywall).
Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Strategic planning of workload and preventative maintenance for the Property Operations team
- Perform tasks to ensure proper maintenance of the facility
- Visually inspect work completed by the team
- Teach and train on appropriate maintenance techniques
- Oversee contracting execution and inspection of out sourced work
- Communicate progress property condition concerns and personnel issues with departmental managers
- Conduct pre shifts with team as appropriate
