This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Advanced Technologies (AT) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team with an internship as a Financial Analyst. This position requires significant partnership with the AT FP&A Lead Program Area Business Managers Program Area Finance Leads Functional Leads and the Raytheon FP&A team to ensure accurate and predictable forecasting.

To be eligible for a SkillBridge Fellowship you must meet the following requirements

• Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.
• Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
• Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4 in the chain of command.
• Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location

What You Will Do

• Support the financial planning process by conducting analysis coordinating deliverables and preparing executive presentations.
• Engage with the AT program area teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the various forecasts.
• Ad hoc support in the consolidation and reporting of the AT financial metrics.
• Perform work on special projects to help bring improvements and efficiency to the organization.
• Work under deadlines and constraints.
• Multitask across a variety of tasks.
• Interact with all levels/functions of the organization.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Experience with MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Analysis for Office and Word).
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Query.
• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.
• Great organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication.
• Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes.

Additional Information

• This position is grade IN FP&A Intern.
• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
• Relocation assistance is not available.
