Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care Join our team as aHome Health LPN and provide high-quality one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Assess and chart observations of the patients condition at each visit
- Complete evaluation tasks including reviewing medication and vital signs
- Administer physician-prescribed medication
- Dress or redress wounds and assess healing progress
- Educate patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Current CPR certification.
- 2 years experience in home health or palliative care preferred
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must have valid drivers license and willingness to travel to patient homes within the designated area.
