Your Role:

As the Shop Manager at our Findlay location you will oversee the day-to-day shop operations and keep everything running smoothly from the floor to business performance. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be in the heart of the action not behind a desk. You will be responsible for the following:

Lead and develop a team of diesel and trailer mechanics
Work alongside your team to maintain high-quality service standards
Oversee daily shop operations and business performance
