Job Description
Regularly works on tasks that are varied and complex. Applies full range of specialized skills and job knowledge; frequently adapts procedures techniques tools materials and/or equipment to meet specialized needs; may serve as lead; performs broad and/or focused assignments under general supervision; originality and ingenuity are often required to help establish procedures in functional area; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks.
The Grants Disbursement Clerk is responsible for reviewing verifying and processing grant-related billing and compliance documentation for various housing counseling initiatives. This role ensures accuracy compliance and proper disbursement of funds in accordance with program requirements agency standards and funding partner guidelines. This role must become familiar with all Agency Housing Counseling initiatives funding/disbursement requirements particularly grants and/or pilot programs as well as requirements for any other program or initiative assigned.

Associate of Arts - Business Administration/Management Relevant professional experience (1-3 years)Experience
