The opportunity
The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 3000 skilled engineers who focus on tendering engineering planning procurement project Management functional system testing installation supervision documentation and commissioning.
How youll make an impact
Prepare Timely and comprehensive offers / Quotationsfor Gas Insulated switchgear RFQ / Enquires.
Determine most technical appropriate and cost-effective solutions
Collaborate across the Sales support team in offeringsolutions to country / region specific customers.
Close collaboration with the Product Group TerritoryMarketing & Service Sales Managers responsible forthe global market.
Analyze customer needs through general market infoand information provided by Service FES/TerritoryManagers.
Ensure all proposals follow relevant Hitachi EnergyProcedures and guidelines
Rationalize terms and conditions
Review and analyze the Offers/Quotations technicaldocuments and requirements and identifies the scopeof supply configuration of the product with relevantoptions prepares list of technical deviations andclarifications prepares datasheets preparescomments to customers technical specificationsincluding quality plans painting specificationsdocument lists etc.
Preparation of complete commercial quotationconsidering different strategies.
Supporting ASMs during Offers/Quotations foradequate follow-up and proper answers during theOffer clarification process.

Your background
Experience and skill to prepare and support Offer / quotation Process.
Experienced in Sales / tendering tools (Any Sales / tendering tools)
Knowledge of Power Grid Market & System offerings
Electrical Engineer with 1 to 3 years of professional work experience in GIS or EPC or any High voltage / medium voltage electrical product sales & tendering.
Excellent communication skills in English
