Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a knack for streamlining procurement processes We are seeking an Expeditor Purchasing to join our team and ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials for Purchase Orders Contracts and Projects. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials for various Purchase Orders Contracts and Projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including vendors engineering teams business partners project members contractors quality teams and supply chain colleagues.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure goods are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline the procurement process.
  • Organize meetings and utilize tools and processes to address potential risks ensuring items reach their destinations successfully.
  • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procurement supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using procurement tools and software.
