Legal Administrative Assistant Immigration Columbus OH

Are you detail-oriented highly organized and passionate about supporting immigration law Aspen Careers is recruiting for a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join a prominent law firms Immigration team in Columbus Ohio!
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and file a variety of visa applications (H-1B L-1 TN O-1 etc.)
- Support employment-based immigration petitions (I-140s)
- Maintain client files and calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel
- Communicate with clients and government agencies
- Create and manage cases in LawLogix
- Handle administrative tasks such as scanning editing filing and billing
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of legal administrative or paralegal experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- LawLogix experience a plus!
