The Head Mens and Womens Cross Country Coach is responsible for instructing students in running techniques and training programs as well as strategies; developing students skills in fitness long distance running and teamwork. The head coach is responsible for planning and directing the mens and womens cross country program which includes recruitment of scholar athletes practice and meet management overseeing assistant coaches scheduling budgeting and promotion of the CUC sport. The Head Mens and Womens Cross Country Coach also serves an assistant coach for the Track and Field program working with the runners in distance events. This coach is responsible for the recruitment and the retention of student athletes in order to maintain the annual roster expectations for the program.

Compensation and Benefits:
