Description

Reporting to the AML Compliance Manager - you are responsible for ensuringcompliance with all applicable local state and federal rules and regulations and for reporting and filing required federal and state gaming forms.


What You Will Do:
Adheres to and utilizes a compliance program to ensure the Company is complying with internal procedures and published regulatory requirements
Ensures timely retrieval review completion and filing for all regulatory related forms and reports specifically related to Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
The issue track and follow up on all Compliance exception reports
Maintains a working knowledge of relevant local state and federal gaming and
anti-money laundering regulations
Comply with departmental document retention policies and procedures
Support the Companys policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations
Serves as a resource for Operations in addressing compliance issues
Conduct due-diligence investigations and suspicious activity analysis
Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for compliance issues
Other duties as assigned


What You Will Need:
At least 2 3 years of experience working in an auditing role in the casino industry or another industry heavily regulated (e.g. depository institutions investment institutions the health care industry etc.)
Preferred experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
Detail oriented; high integrity; and quality driven
Aptitude for problem-solving
Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
Strong organizational written and oral communication skills
You must successfully complete a background and drug screen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license as required by law
