TITRE DU POSTE: Chef des oprations
Objectif du rle:
Le Chef des oprations joue un rle essentiel au sein de lquipe de direction du magasin et est charg de conduire et dencadrer la rentabilit et lefficacit. Le Responsable des oprations travaille en troite collaboration avec le Gestionnaire des oprations et des visuels pour initier dlguer le travail et fournir un retour dinformation lquipe afin dobtenir des rsultats optimaux en soutenant lensemble des oprations du magasin.
Chef des oprations
- Diriger et excuter efficacement les processus de gestion des inventaires en mettant laccent sur loptimisation de la prcision des Inventaires et la rduction des pertes.
- Rechercher les causes lorigine des problmes dexactitude des inventaires et collaborer avec le Directeur gnral pour faire remonter les lacunes des processus ou des systmes.
- Grer lexcution des principales fonctions oprationnelles notamment lexpdition la rception et le traitement les transferts inverss la rcupration de la surface de vente le rapprovisionnement de la surface de vente au cours de la journe les mises jour de la surface de vente et la gestion de lapprovisionnement.
- Promouvoir des normes visuelles strictes pour lespace de vente.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail scuritaire et des oprations efficaces en appliquant des normes et des procdures rigoureuses en matire dentreposage.
Chef dentreprise
- Travailler en partenariat avec le Gestionnaire des oprations et des visuels pour grer les rapports les budgets les dpenses le contrle des stocks les fournitures les relations avec les fournisseurs la technologie et les installations afin dassurer le maintien et loptimisation de lactivit.
- Faire preuve dun grand sens des affaires en exploitant les mesures pour soutenir les stratgies commerciales.
- Se dplacer de manire dynamique dans les magasins pour valuer et satisfaire les besoins de la Socit de lquipe et des clients.
Chef du personnel
- Montrer lexemple et inspirer le personnel dans les oprations quotidiennes et lexprience des clients.
- Superviser directement les associs oprationnels ; tre responsable du recrutement et du dveloppement des talents.
- Utiliser les outils de performance de la Socit pour valuer chaque Associ des oprations et fournir un retour dinformation constant afin de stimuler la croissance et lamlioration individuelles en partenariat avec le responsable du magasin.
Partenaire commercial
- Collaborer avec le Responsable visuel pour assurer une formation transversale et avec le responsable des ventes et des services pour sassurer que lactivit est bien excute.
- Excuter des directives des projets et des initiatives axs sur les oprations au niveau de la Socit en partenariat avec le Responsable des oprations et des visuels (par exemple du CCN).
Qualifications du Chef des oprations:
- 2 ans dexprience professionnelle dans un environnement de vente centr sur le client.
- Capacits de leadership avres dmontrant une excellente prise de dcision.
- Valorise le retour dinformation est rceptif au retour dinformation et dsireux den fournir.
- Trs nergique optimiste et enthousiaste capable dallier plaisir et travail.
- Motiv et dsireux dobtenir des rsultats et dexceller individuellement et en quipe.
- Excellentes comptences en matire de communication interpersonnelle et crite.
- Saligner sur les valeurs dAlo et les incarner.
JOB TITLE: Operations Lead
Role Objective:
The Operations Lead is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in initiating delegating work and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.
Operations Leader
- Lead & execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus om maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
- Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
- Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment receiving and processing reverse transfers sales floor recovery intra-day sales floor replenishment floor set updates and supply management
- Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
- Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
Business Leader
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting budgets expenses inventory control supplies vendor relationships technology and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business team and guests
People Leader
- Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience.
- Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent
- Use company performance tools to evaluate each operations associate and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement in partnership with the store leader
Business Partner
- Collaborate with Visual Lead to ensure cross-functional training and Sales & Service Lead to ensure the business is well-executed
- Execute company-level operations-focused directives projects and initiates in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager (e.g. from the SCC)
Operations Lead Qualifications:
- 2 Years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies Alos values
- Ability to lift push carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift bend kneel climb crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
Operations Lead Schedule:
The Operations Lead role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening closing and weekend shifts.
