Our Team :
Team works on a new product development machine for Lithography step for Advanced packaging. Presently tool we have introduced product at major semiconductor companies and working on next generation platform. Team in India works on core modules and owners for many modules. Team comprises of mechanical electrical electronics and software functions and also we have a proto-lab for concept and feasibility approach.
Work with global team in Santa Clara Taiwan Japan and world-wide field customers.
Team was formed last 5 years and Total India team size is 25. Team has many accolades and won many teams of the quarter awards.

Your Opportunity:
As Mechanical Lead / Manager with Roles and Responsibility listed below and growth would see in T shaped approach with both breadth (Capacity) and Depth (Capability).
Roles and Responsibility:
Seasoned Mechanical Engineer who is aware of general system design Precision engineering optical systems- design methodology engineering safety and qualification and System Engineering mindset)
Completes definition and design of complex mechanical components modules and sub-systems.
Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
Ensures designs meet market requirement specifications (MRS). Coordinate with project marketing and management to understand sub system requirements.
Contributes to the system engineering specification both within the field of ones expertise and broadening into other disciplines.
Conducts detailed engineering analysis of sub systems using vast knowledge of design concepts and functional requirements pertaining to field of technical expertise and broadening into other disciplines.
Assists in creating concepts for architectural design approaches. Evaluate architectures to provide recommendation for best system solution approach.
Build and qualify prototypes of new designs or procure entire subsystems from outsourced suppliers and test for compliance with detailed specifications.
Identifies problems and troubleshoots a variety of difficult engineering problems in field of technical expertise including serviceability and manufacturability.
Supports system integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs. Performs and coordinates tests as per internal as well as industry-accepted reliability specifications. Make suitable design or operational changes as required.
Supports system engineering projects that have a substantial mix of electrical mechanical and software design and understand the underlying system implications.
Technically leads and/or executes engineering projects including development of key suppliers.
Drive successful completion of tool safety standards (SEMI S2/S8/S14 NFPA 79 F47 CE EMI/EMC) working with 3rd party evaluators.
Prepare summary reports for internal and external audiences present findings data and conclusions to technical experts.
Provides remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required.
Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program project or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines.
Qualifications
. Mechanical Engineering 12-15 years of experience. Masters or Phd Preferred.
Job requires knowledge of system engineering Optical and metrology systems motion mechanics high precision motion stages and stage subsystems (chuck substrates/wafer handling interferometry metrology )
Structural FEA as a must. Flow and thermal good to have.
Proficient in first order mechanical engineering calculations for high predictability of design performance.
Mechanical engineering experience in component selection building testing troubleshooting and releasing semiconductor or other similar scale capital equipment.
Knowledge in SEMI S2/S8/S14 NFPA 79 F47 CE EMI/EMC safety standards
In-depth knowledge of 3D CAD design tools (i.e. Inventor) and 2D CAD drawing tools not limited to Nx Inventor AutoCAD etc.
Familiar with machined parts fabrication and designing for cost effective solutions.
Working knowledge of materials & components used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing equipment materials characterization methods and failure analysis of materials/system.
Experience with supporting manufacturing and service organizations through training documentation (procedures OMS BKMs etc.) and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in data analysis software like Excel or equivalent Strong time management skills with an emphasis on managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communications skills organizational skills and sense of collaboration.
Drive and desire to thrive in a start-up like environment.
