The Role
Are you looking for a flexible job that fits around your studies We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a casual position with ad-hoc hours primarily during weekday evenings. Key Responsibilities:
- Host events both online and in-person
- Welcome members and guests
- Support audio-visual (AV) needs
- Provide catering services
- Set up and pack down rooms for events
- Perform light cleaning to prepare rooms for the next day
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties with flexible hours mutually negotiated
Skills And Experiences
The Successful Candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence with troubleshooting IT and AV systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
