Keystone is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Washington DC metro area supporting FBI Criminal Investigative Division CID.

Job Responsibilities
Lead team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects.
Facilitate the strategic management process and provide consulting expertise and project management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed high risk or critical to the success of the Unit/Section.
Provide applications systems analysis and programming activities for multiple Government sites and /or facilities.
Oversee all aspects of projects including the preparation of long and short-range plans for necessary support resources.
Track progress of each project against goals objectives approved budgets and approved timelines.
Reports status and variances.
Creates action plans to meet objectives budget and schedule.
Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks lead constructability reviews develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Implement change management routines to assess change requests make recommendations and secure customer approvals.
Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope budget schedule quality and risk.
Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited University.
Experience (in place of education): Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience.
Required Experience (years of experience/certification(s/specialized experience)
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with at least ten (10) years of complex project management experience in Government programs projects and/or activities.
Ten (10) years or more of managing all facets of project management budget schedule procurement quality and risk for various types of projects.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Eight (8) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to management customers and stakeholders regarding progress of projects.
