Job Description
Keystone is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Washington DC metro area supporting FBI Criminal Investigative Division CID.
Must have active Top Secret Clearance
Job Responsibilities
- Lead team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects.
- Facilitate the strategic management process and provide consulting expertise and project management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed high risk or critical to the success of the Unit/Section.
- Provide applications systems analysis and programming activities for multiple Government sites and /or facilities.
- Oversee all aspects of projects including the preparation of long and short-range plans for necessary support resources.
- Track progress of each project against goals objectives approved budgets and approved timelines.
- Reports status and variances.
- Creates action plans to meet objectives budget and schedule.
- Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks lead constructability reviews develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Implement change management routines to assess change requests make recommendations and secure customer approvals.
- Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope budget schedule quality and risk.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited University.
Experience (in place of education):
Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience.
Required Experience (years of experience/certification(s/specialized experience)
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with at least ten (10) years of complex project management experience in Government programs projects and/or activities.
- Ten (10) years or more of managing all facets of project management budget schedule procurement quality and risk for various types of projects.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Eight (8) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to management customers and stakeholders regarding progress of projects.
