You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of retail leadership experience (fashion or outdoor preferred)
• Strong people and performance management skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Hands-on solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to work shifts weekends and public holidays

Retail Supervisor

As Supervisor youre the bridge between leadership and the floor team guiding staff supporting operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor
• Support team performance training and development
• Assist in managing store operations and customer service
• Step in as manager-on-duty when required

You Bring

• 24 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Passion for customer service and the Timberland lifestyle

Retail Associate

Be the face of Timberland. Inspire every customer.

As RA youll create meaningful customer connections through product knowledge great service and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
• Share Timberlands sustainability story and brand values
• Support sales merchandising restocking and POS
• Contribute to daily store operations and targets

You Bring

• 13 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Friendly energetic and customer-focused attitude
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Availability for retail shifts weekends and holidays
