Reprsentant des ventes internes Canada

Que ferez-vous

En tant que membre de lquipe des ventes de Timberland le Reprsentant des ventes internes (RVI) est responsable de la gestion de comptes dsigns et de lidentification de nouvelles opportunits afin datteindre les objectifs de vente. Le RVI se concentrera sur laugmentation des ventes du service et du soutien auprs des dtaillants indpendants travers le Canada en travaillant distance. Vous serez charg de maintenir le positionnement de la marque Timberland tout en stimulant la croissance du chiffre daffaires.

Vous ferez partie intgrante de notre quipe sous la supervision du Directeur des ventes Style de vie et Spcialit et vous grerez une liste dsigne de clients travers le Canada. Vous collaborerez avec les quipes de vente rgionales et travaillerez en troite collaboration avec les quipes Ventes et Oprations commerciales pour les rapports les prvisions et la gestion des stocks.

Une journe type pourrait inclure :

  • Dterminer les besoins et attentes des clients afin de recommander des produits et solutions spcifiques via des appels des recherches en ligne et des runions Zoom ou tlphoniques. Vous grerez une liste de moins de 300 clients existants de Timberland.
  • Recommander des produits en fonction du cot de la disponibilit des spcifications du potentiel de vente et des besoins des clients. Prsenter les prix les conditions de crdit et les modalits selon les procdures standards et les profils clients.
  • Assurer le support client pour notre site B2B et nos ressources numriques. Suivre les commandes pour garantir leur allocation expdition et facturation.
  • Travailler efficacement avec les autres membres de lquipe des ventes. Vous collaborerez avec lquipe rgionale canadienne pour tablir des relations solides avec les acheteurs et parties prenantes. En interne vous bnficierez du soutien des quipes Marketing Produit et Oprations commerciales.
  • Maintenir des rapports constants sur les ventes entrantes les ventes en magasin et les opportunits commerciales supplmentaires. Rapporter les appels et activits de vente quotidiennement hebdomadairement et mensuellement.
  • Discuter et rsoudre les problmes lis aux prix aux dates de livraison et toute autre problmatique de commande avec les clients le service client et le service crdit si ncessaire.

Ce quil vous faut pour russir :

  • Diplme universitaire (BA BS ou quivalent)
  • Minimum 1 an dexprience en vente (au dtail externe ou par tlphone)
  • Connaissance du secteur de la chaussure
  • Bilingue : anglais/franais loral et lcrit

Comptences cls :

  • Motivation organisation autonomie et esprit dquipe
  • Excellente communication et service client en interne comme en externe
  • Capacit apprendre et maintenir une bonne connaissance des produits
  • Capacit grer plusieurs projets simultanment et travailler de manire indpendante
  • Connaissance de la disponibilit des stocks
  • Solides comptences informatiques : matrise de MS Office requise ; exprience avec SAP et CGNOS est un atout
  • Lieu de rsidence :Ce poste est entirement distance mais le candidat idal rsidera au Canada pour mieux servir sa clientle.

Inside Sales Representative - Canada

What will you do

As part of Timberland Sales team the Inside Sales Representative (IHSR) is responsible for managing designated accounts and identifying new opportunities to achieve sales ISR will focus on increasing sales service and support with independent retailers across Canada from a remote capacity. Youll be responsible in maintaining Timberlands Brand Positioning while driving for revenue growth.

Youll be a trusted member of our team reporting to the Director of Sales Lifestyle & Specialty and youll manage a designated list of customers across collaborate and liaise with the regional sales teams and work closely with Sales and Sales Operations on reporting forecasting and inventory management.

Hiring Range:

$40800.00 CAD - $51000.00 CAD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
