ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with 6 10 years of experience in designing and building multi-tier distributed applications using Angular and Java. This role involves developing scalable front-end interfaces and robust back-end services implementing RESTful APIs and supporting real-time data ingestion using technologies like MQ/Kafka. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Angular (with NgRx) Java/Spring Boot and database technologies including Oracle and Redis. Familiarity with financial protocols (like FIX) and experience working in AWS cloud environments is highly desirable. This is a collaborative position working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality responsive and accessible software solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and maintain multi-tier distributed applications using Angular and Java technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features promptly.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems.
- Utilize MQ/Kafka technology to develop and support data ingestion services.
- Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 6-10 years of experience developing multi-tier distributed applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and testing accessible and responsive UI applications using Angular NgRx and TypeScript.
- Expert-level knowledge of REST API development using Java Spring and Spring Boot technologies.
- Familiarity with financial messaging protocols like FIX and experience with AWS cloud technologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies (Ideally Oracle/Redis/Aerospike/Dynamo DB).
OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
