Job Description

Job Title :COBOL Developer Unisys Mainframe & System Integration Specialist

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience programming in COBOL 74 and/or COBOL 85 on Unisys 2200 Series or ClearPath mainframes including full lifecycle activities such as system analysis design development unit testing integrated testing and production monitoring.
  • Proficient in using Unisys mainframe tools and environments including ECL (Executive Control Language) TIP (Transaction Interface Package) and DMS 2200/RDMS for data and process management.
  • Skilled in monitoring production systems and performing advanced diagnostic and debugging tasks within a mainframe environment to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Experienced in developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation related to system design coding standards and testing procedures in mainframe systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform system-to-system integration with third-party vendors using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) ensuring seamless data exchange and operational interoperability.
