Job Description
Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health
Start Date: 7/21/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Effingham IL 62401
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 8
Shift Notes: 40-Hour Guarantee
Weekend Requirements: no
On-Call Requirements: no
COVID Requirement: Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon request
Traveler Policy: na
Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function. Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills including but not limited to therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education physical modalities gait training and manual techniques. Our therapists demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care.
The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with a caseload of 4-5 patients per day depending on drive time. We also provide a fleet car for the therapist to drive. Please let me know if you have any other specific questions regarding this position.
Submission Requirements- 2 years of Experience - Required
- Home Health Experience - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- IL RN License - Required
