Job Title : Engineering Aide
Location : Orlando FL
Contract : 12 Months Contract
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship
Shift: 4/10A-1st Shift
Pay : $28.00/hr. - $32.45/hr. on W2!
Description
Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers maintains formats compiles and manipulates technical data such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation reports drawings (flow charts block diagrams and schematics). Performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy model dimensional consistency; and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.

Candidates must have 2 to 4 years experience in all below items:
- Experience may be in other fabrication environments including cable and harness SMT board fabrication or maintenance of military design product.
- Must have Prior Certification in solder and harness capability to MIL STD requirements.
- Experience fabricating electrical equipment designed from a blueprint schematic and engineering drawings.
- Experience communicating issues (both verbal and written) with the design and/or the process requirements to management and or engineers.
- Experience with utilizing software tools and Microsoft products
- Highschool Diploma
- College Degree not required for this position

2 to 4 years experience in all below items
- Solder certification to J-STD-001 IPC-7711/IPC-7721
- Experience in procurement and acquisition of test materials
- Experience interpreting and building to Lockheed Martin Test Equipment engineering
- Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
