Job Description
Position : Lead Engineering - Large Pumps
Job location : Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities :
Development and design of hydraulic flow machines with a focus on large pumps and turbines.
Understanding and interpreting hydraulic designs of pumps.
Responsible for problem-solving in the field of machine design.
Design and optimization of machine components.
Creation of manufacturing documents.
Technological and manufacturing clarifications with customers and suppliers.
As a project design engineer you will also be the internal interface to the areas of project planning calculation project management purchasing and production planning. Leading the team of 2-3 engineers
Completed technical university degree ideally in mechanical engineering (FH Uni).
Professional experience in constructive mechanical engineering or in the field of hydraulic machines is an advantage.
Very good CAD knowledge preferably in Siemens NX.
Good MS Office user skills.
Good English skills both written and spoken.
Resilience flexibility and commitment.
