Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives for our client City Union Bank under the payroll of Lakson Technology Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telecalling or banking sales and should hold a valid DRA Certification.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for banking products (credit cards loans etc.).

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly.

Maintain accurate call records and client interaction data.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

Work collaboratively with the sales and collections teams.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Customer-centric approach.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the banking or financial services sector.

Must be DRA Certified.

Candidates from credit card sales personal loan sales or collections background preferred.
