Job Description
Job title: Software QA Engineer II
Location: Santa Clara CA-Remote
Duration: 12 MonthsJob description:
- We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects.
- The ideal candidate will focus on Salesforce Agentforce Service Cloud Voice Experience Cloud and other upgrades ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
- Validate the migration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice from Genesys and Salesforce Experience Cloud from AEM.
- Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify reproduce and resolve defects.
- Ensure all testing documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
- Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA roles preferably with Salesforce platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Higher Logic community upgrades.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
