Job Title: Data Project Manager
Location: New York NY 10036 (3 Days Onsite Required)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Project Manager with deep expertise in Aladdin investment management and enterprise data to lead the planning and execution of critical technology initiatives within a financial services environment. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination project leadership and stakeholder engagement to support the PMO function and batch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead PMO functions: initiative tracking risk & issue management dependency tracking reporting and stakeholder communication
Drive alignment across client tech teams and vendors on scope data integration and execution
Coordinate with tech leaders for status updates milestone tracking and roadblock removal
Own and manage meeting preparations runbook creation and execution plans (including UAT & production)
Ensure end-to-end alignment of data across systems and applications
Support the implementation of new data platforms warehouses and data strategies
Optimize batch production performance and resolve operational issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with the Aladdin platform
Solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle
Proven experience in data migration warehouse implementation and ETL
Strong knowledge of data quality governance and security frameworks
Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
Ability to explain complex processes clearly across technical and business audiences
