FLANNELS is one of the UKs leading luxury retailers specialising in contemporary mens womens and kids designer clothing footwear and accessories. Our brand portfolio includes the likes of Gucci Saint Laurent Valentino Stone Island and Moncler and our rapid growth has seen us open stores in many of the UKs major cities from Liverpool and Leeds to Birmingham and Sheffield.
This winter we are opening our newest store in Peterborough and now looking for Store Managers and Team leaders to join the team.

Your Role:
Maximise turnover to exceed required targets and identify opportunities to continually improve performance
Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales both personally and through the team
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
Ensure all members of the team have the tools and knowledge to deliver the key business objectives
Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives
Maintain an awareness of current and market trends understand forthcoming customer promotions and monitor local competitors
Drive and deliver KPIs
Carry out all additional duties where and when necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability for your role

Please note: All of our management roles are full time permanent contracts of 45h per week. The role is 5 days over 7 with shifts changing weekly and will include a variety of shifts including daytime evenings and weekends. We are looking for full flexibility across the working week for all management roles.

The Rewards:
The new store is due to open winter 2025 with the interview process for all roles starting September 2025. There will be 3 stages to our interview process and the successful candidates will need to be available to start from November 2025.
