Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Kwantlen Polytechnic University Surrey Canada as a Team Member at Tim Hortons! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our collaborative work environment.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
