Job Description
- Establishing updating & execute global manufacturing technology strategy per business demand
- Execute Standardize critical processes & machines
- Provide solutions
- Build manufacturing competence in BC.
- Innovate new solutions or introduce new manufacturing technology
- build MES configuration & commissioning per 4.0 strategy demand
Qualifications :
- Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering additional advantage with involving international environment.
- Language / Ethnicity: good English both speaking & writing; Chinese nationality preferred
- Desired Experience /Business skills & abilities: More than 10 manufacturing process or machine experience mini. 5 years in management role
- Solid experience in lean manufacturing process quality & automation machine design
- Ability to work independently and with flexible hour global coordination
