Summary
The role of the Project Manager is to plan oversee and lead project execution through completion. The Project Manager is responsible for deriving and managing the project scope and schedule and managing the cost. The Project Manager must be flexible and focused in their approach to driving the project forward through execution of milestones deliverables and expectations. Excellent communication organization and leadership skills are critical to the success of the Project Manager.
