St. Francis Xavier School is seeking an Aftercare Supervisor/Paraprofessional.

Job Start Date: Immediately
Job Location: St. Francis Xavier School Sartell MN
Position:Aftercare Supervisor/Paraprofessional
FTE: 7-8 hours per day during the school year and summer.
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 depending on experience
Job Summary:
The Aftercare Supervisor/Paraprofessional position is a year-round role responsible for administering maintaining and programming the aftercare program. The Supervisor needs to be supportive and creative with students as they interact with each other while also providing direction and assistance when needed.

Job Summary:
The Aftercare Supervisor/Paraprofessional position is a year-round role responsible for administering maintaining and programming the aftercare program. The Supervisor needs to be supportive and creative with students as they interact with each other while also providing direction and assistance when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the database for billing and tracking purposes as well as maintaining paper files.
- Assist with recruiting training and development of all Aftercare staff.
- Develop and implement reward and consequence systems for good & inappropriate behaviors for children attending Aftercare.
- Able to oversee train and fill in for Aftercare when needed.
- Maintaining good relationships with parents school staff and parish staff.
- The Paraprofessional position assists with recess lunch duty and preschool phy-ed.
