Essential Responsibilities:
As a participant in the program you will:
Work with cross-functional teams on various engineering activities including:
Design and simulation
Engineering studies and technical analysis
System and product testing
Gain hands-on experience through:
Laboratory-based assignments
Commissioning support at global project sites
Collaborate with fellow graduate engineers worldwide on a group project where you will:
Design execute and present your work to executive leadership
Develop skills in project management team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Strengthen both technical expertise and business acumen
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University (We are looking for fresh graduates) in related engineering fields such as power electrical electronic controls or mechanical engineering.
1 year of knowledge of power systems power electronics high voltage engineering Matlab/Simulink Creo Ansys PSCAD or AutoCAD or C/C Embedded/Real-time development experiences would be an advantage.

Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
Willing to listen learn and support the development
Able to work to deadlines with good quality
Proficient in the English language both written and verbal
The salary range for this position is 79400.00 - 99200.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. In addition this position is eligible for a performance bonus. 79400.00 - 99200.00 - 119000.00 USD Annual
